There's a Jo Malone store in Calle Colón, which opened a few months ago, and in El Corte Inglés of Avenida de Francia they sell, at least, Penhaligon's, Miller Harris and Creed. I've tested them 🙂

Unfortunately I've no idea 🙁 ECI at Sorolla is listed by Creed's homepage, and there is no other address available there 🙁 Above HUgo wrote about the second ECI with Creeds. If you find one, please let me know! Thanks!!
Some updates from July 2016: I have been to Hermes, Jo Malone, Santa Maria Novella, Linda Vuela a Rio and El Corte Ingles. The nicest was a guy from Hermes (I have always had a good experience with Hermes).
The branch at Avda. Pío XII, 51 (Centro Comercial Ademuz) does not stock Dior Privee line. Now, there is a El Corte Ingles Outlet there and that’s it.
Torregaston doesn’t exist anymore there and I don’t know if they moved to another location or not.
