Just a note to say that there most definitely is a Chanel Les Exclusifs counter at Holt Renfrew Vancouver… I've bought perfumes from there twice this year (2013).
The Bay on Granville has quite a few fragrance counters, including Guerlain and Hermes. It's also the only Canadian department store to stock perfumes by The 7 Virtues, a small Halifax-based parfumerie that started out in 2010.

Winners is a discount store (part of the TJ Maxx, Marshalls group) so you never know what will turn up. Could be Cartier, could be JLo. There are often some Bond’s.
The listing for the Bay needs a lot of work:
The Bay (which has returned to its original name Hudson’s Bay) is now a part of Lord & Taylor. Their stores in major cities in Canada were the first (possibly still only) to carry the Mugler Exclusives line.
It is true that they are the only vendors of 7 Virtues, but I’m sure that they carry far more lines than you list. No matter their ownership, they always had a large perfume department.
